Villa TAI

La Reserva – Sotogrande

An Ode to the Inhabited Landscape

Villa TAI does not impose itself: it is born from the landscape.
It is a work of essential bio-architecture, woven with threads of nature, light, and silence. It rests on the hillside like a leaf upon the water, blending seamlessly with its embracing surroundings: the serene green of the golf course and the vast blue of the Mediterranean.

Every line, every material, and every shadow has been conceived with a conscious approach, to dialogue with the environment and become an active part of the landscape. TAI does not merely observe nature—it becomes an extension of it. It shapes its own microclimate, a living geometry where stone, wood, vegetation, and air coexist in harmony.

Sustainability is not an addition: it is the starting point. Bioclimatic design, spatial orientation, vegetation, and natural light combine to create an experience of well-being, deeply connected to its surroundings. Ventilation systems with heat recovery, aerothermal technology, and photovoltaic energy enable efficient and clean management, designed for a livable future.

Spread across three levels, TAI opens itself to the landscape through large glass walls that dissolve the boundaries between inside and out. By day, the spaces breathe horizon and greenery; by night, they offer a tranquil contemplation of the sky and the sea.

Here, bio-architecture is expressed as an art of integration: the home adapts humbly to the topography, using materials that belong to the place. The garden, like a living seam, unites the built with the natural. It is a gesture of respect, a way of giving back to the environment what it so generously offers.

Inside, harmony and discretion define every corner. Pure lines, noble textures, and understated elegance compose a welcoming atmosphere. Design solutions—integrated doors, frosted glass, soft transitions between spaces—reinforce the sense of continuity, serenity, and comfort.

Manuel R. Moriche

“Projects where nature, spaces, natural light and a personal lifestyle all connect to create sustainable homes – this is our commitment”.

Villa TAI is not a conventional home.
It is a way of inhabiting, connected to the essential.
An architecture that breathes with the earth, that cares for body and soul, and that finds beauty in the balance between innovation, landscape, and sensitivity.
