In this special way, AD refers to TAI, located in Sotogrande, led by Manuel Ruiz Moriche. The article emphasizes how our studio has created a luxury villa where craftsmanship and sustainability set the foundation for our distinctive brand.

It goes on to explain that Villa TAI makes the most of its privileged surroundings through architecture that merges interior and exterior spaces, thanks to its glass walls, skylights, patios, and indoor ponds, along with its carefully designed native landscaping. It is a fusion of Japanese and Greco-Roman architecture, or in other words, “a reinvention of classical architecture in modern terms.

Thanks to TAI’s complete integration into its context, AD highlights how it maintains a light appearance despite its more than 1,600 square meters spread over three floors, with a garage and spectacular sea views.

The prestigious magazine explains how the harmony between materials, spaces, light, and plants creates an area that perfectly connects with the surrounding landscape. Additionally, it refers to the natural color palette achieved through noble materials, which create a contrast of textures in tones that evoke serenity.

All the elements of the house are of indisputable quality; the bathroom elements are from the Italian brand Hotbath, the kitchen is from Gaggenau, the audio system is from Bowers&Wilkins, and the home automation system is from KNX.

For this reason, TAI employs aerothermal and photovoltaic technologies to generate electricity and regulate the home’s temperature, something that not only benefits the environment but also reduces energy consumption to achieve total efficiency and energy self-sufficiency for most of the year.
